We are a growing law firm that specializes in business immigration, business law, and property transactions.  We seek hard working and devoted candidates to fill full time positions in our offices in Manhattan and or in Flushing.


Candidates for any position must be able to write and read fluently in English with legal permission to work in America.  We will accept law graduates or licensed attorneys for available positions.


Law Clerk – The position offered, attorney’s Law Clerk, requires theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and also requires attainment of a Juris Doctor Degree or LLM degree obtained from an ABA accredited law school.


The proffered position requires specialized knowledge of complex immigration laws, legal research methods, and legal analysis.  The job duties for the proffered position include: 1) Spotting relevant facts and legal issues in often complicated cases and analyzing them in relation to applicable law, and then providing legal options, advice, and conclusions to the attorneys regarding the clients’ cases including responses to RFEs, appeals to the AAO, and cases in New York State Courts and Federal Courts; 2) Researching and interpreting complex federal and state statutes, rulings and regulations, and presenting a summary to attorneys to review, approve, and use, especially regarding the Immigration and Nationality Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedure, as well as researching foreign regulations if a client’s case deals with foreign states or countries; 3) Case management, for example, developing a case management plan and strategy for use by attorneys, answering a client’s questions regarding legal issues, informing and advising clients as to legal rights and applicable laws under supervision of licensed attorneys; 4) Drafting motions, petitions and applications, for instance, legal documents for petitions and applications for EB-1A, EB-5, and L-1A visas, as well as legal memoranda to support appeals, requests for evidence and motions to reopen and/or reconsider; 5) Drafting, revising, and reviewing contracts and agreements, for instance, shareholder agreements and sale of real estate agreements; 6) Supporting attorneys in representing clients in court, and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government, for instance, representing clients in asylum cases and civil litigation, if the Court permits to do so. 


These job duties are complex in nature as they involve the theoretical application of a body of specialized knowledge and analytical skills in areas of law.  All of the foregoing in fact involves the primary skills and areas of knowledge taught in law school curriculum and cannot be obtained without having attended and completed law school.  The candidate must have the knowledge to perform these essential tasks and be able to apply this knowledge through the drafting of professional and well-argued legal memoranda and supporting documents. 


Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well on a team.  We are willing to train the right candidates.  However, special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience, who are detail oriented and able to work independently.


Qualified applicants will be hard-working, honest, and desire to stay and grow with the firm.  Depending on experience and position, compensation shall be paid commensurate with ability and experience. Besides, the Firm also provides a generous incentive package based on results and production at the end of the year. We only consider the resume with salary requirements and cover letter.

Specialized Knowledge
The proffered position requires specialized knowledge of product marketing principles; how to research and analyze marketing data such as target market demographics, needs, and tastes; and how to design and execute a marketing plan.  The proffered position requires that the candidate use this specialized knowledge in order to draft reports on marketing data that assist the firm’s managers in positioning the law office to better serve our clients; analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses; and forecast industry and target market trends.  The ability to analyze marketing data and thereby develop and execute a marketing plan are the most important requirements for the proffered position.
